Pollutant Concentrations in Quebec during 2/9-13/98 Episode
Mario Benjamin , from Environnement Canada, Region du Quebec, has prepared a Summary of Pollutant Concentrations in Quebec for the 2/9-13, 1998 episode period. Concentrations of many pollutants in and around Montreal were as high or higher than in large US urban centers, and tended to peak a day later than the maximum US concentrations.
