I like the idea of a "Bugs and Wishes" section. A ("user-fixable") bug that's come up a few times for me and several other users is that, having entered the NEARDAT URL (in MS Internet Explorer 3.02 in my case) , sometimes one gets a blank screen, or the left (menu) half of NEARDAT screen is blank (sometimes with error message - sometimes without). This can almost always be fixed by hitting "Refresh" a time or 2 or 3.
