ECTSIG is a partnership among Environment Canada and the provinces of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario and Québec. ECTSIG was formed to assist in an effort to evaluate trans-border smog transport in collaboration with the Commission for Environmental Cooperation (CEC) and the Northeast States for Coordinated Air Use Management (NESCAUM).
