Northeast States for Coordinated Air Use Management (NESCAUM)
NESCAUM’s purpose is to exchange technical information and to promote cooperation among its eight member states (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont) in regard to air pollution issues of regional concern. To accomplish this, NESCAUM supports technical committees and workgroups, sponsors frequent air quality training programs, participates in national debates, and promotes a variety of research initiatives. NESCAUM also provides a forum for states to exchange technical and policy information through committee meetings. For more information on NESCAUM activities, visit the NESCAUM website .
