To test out comments:

1.) First open the OTAGWhatsNEW.html in either notepad or textpad. 
2.) Open the comment page.html in either notepad or textpad.
3.) Then this has been done go to the comment page and submit a comment.
    Be sure NOT to include anything in the name box. All you need is a comment.
    Submit the coment and check the comment page and the What's New page to 
    see if the comments appear.
4.) Then go to the notepad  or textpad page where thecode for the comment page is. 
    There should be a warning saying that the page has been modified, and whether to include the changes.
    Do not include the new changes. Instead, trust me on this, hit the space bar and add a space in the
    document. Now delete it and go to the file menu and save the document. 
5.) Do the same for the OTAGWHATSNEW.html page. 
6.) Double check and go to the pages on Netscape and see if the comments are gone.
    If they are Congrats. If not go to step 7.
7.) Now, if not, than you'll have to cut out the comment by hand. Go to the html files that you opened before and delete
    the comments.
