the website is finally up, however a great deal of testing has not yet been done. this web
site uses the html 4.01 and css 2.0 world wide consortium specifications, and unfortunately
old browsers are not fully compaitible with these specifications.
there should be no major problems with the newer browsers, however if you do run into any
problems or bugs please notify us of this problem.
