Rough Draft Outline

Draft outline of the OTAG Air Quality Analysis Workgroup Report. The entire package may consist of a hierarchy of outputs:

1. Executive summary, 2-3 pages
2. Formal Workgroup report, 30-50 pages
3. Assorted array supporting technical documents, issue papers, presentations (all on the Web?), similar in format to other OTAG reports.
