Episode Comparisons

This is a very informative analysis! I wonder if it would be possible to compare the aggregated model vectors and residence times with the upper 10 percentile vectors and residence times in a single graphic image? For example the vectors for each of these two "episode groups" could be drawn using 2 different colors. The Residence times could be expressed as the difference between (or ratio of) the 10th percentile restime minus (or divided by) the model episode restime. The idea would be to show the geographical pattern and extent to which the model episode direction and speeds are similar to or different from the characteristics of "episodes in general" (as defined by upper 10 percentile days).
